GRIEF COACHING

Loss and grief go hand in hand. Grief is one of those topics that never come up until you are experiencing it. There is no way to adequately prepare for grief because each experience is as unique as the individual feeling it. Grief is the NORMAL response to loss. It is messy and does not fit into a nice, neat box. Grief can masquerade as depression or anger, especially when it’s a non-death loss (divorce, loss of health, loss of wealth, loss of job, etc.).
You don’t have to take the journey alone. You don’t have to put on a brave face. You don’t have to be strong. It is okay not to be okay. You will have a safe space to share your story and unpack your grief. You will learn how grief affects all areas of your life and acquire skills to regain joy and happiness.
